Bay Area Women in Space and Aerospace Happy Hour

AIAA-SF and the Bay Area Women in Space and Aerospace will be hosting a hybrid happy hour together. This event will discuss McKinsey’s 2019 Women in the Workplace Report (link) on the “Broken Rung” in the corporate ladder: the first obstacle women face on their way to Senior Leadership is the first step to Manager. Our panelists have navigated their way to leadership positions in Aerospace and will share how they did it, advice for others in the industry, and advice for companies. We are excited to have:

This event will be a hybrid event with tickets available to 30 guests in-person and a live stream.
